Welcome to Mexico! At the entrance, the freedom fighter Emilio Zapata greets the incoming. The ambience is genuinely original, with dark colors, sombreros as lamp holder, banjos on the wall and cactus. The food is a softened Mexican so that it can endure the weak Germans but very tasty and ingenious. Especially on weekends it is often full, then the operation is also quite slow. A reservation is also worthwhile for the reasons described. Parking on the street in front of the restaurant, you always find something, especially in the evening.

A few months ago with my family. Overall, I liked it. The decor is very cozy, the ceiling lights look like Mexican hats I found very original. The typical Mexican dishes that people ate at the side tables looked very tasty, so will say more again. We ate the salad cellar with a large nacho chip, very tasty. From the serving it was lush, but with 15 € it was also relatively expensive. The service was really great!
I was highly surprised at how good the food it. I'm happy to say I found excellent Mexican food in Germany! The fajitas and enchiladas were as good or better than most places in the US. The drinks and food came out very fast and the nachos were also very good. The difference is they use real cheese not the fake stuff. I highly recommend this place. Also, make a reservation and they open at 1700, not 1730.
Super price-performance ratio, ingenious atmosphere! Worth a visit! Pretty pretty good...for Tex Mex in Germany. I had the chicken fajitas, which had plenty of flavor. However, a bit heavy on the bell peppers. K had the beef burrito which was also spot on. The chips and queso were not right, the cheese dip was very thin and watery. Overall a great place, also good drink specials.

I lived very close to the Mexico for 10 years and frequently visited. The food here is ok. Awesome ambiance for a group....make reservations. Stick to the salads in the Tortilla shells (ensalaten) for a safe bet....they are pretty good.
