Located in the CVS parking lot with plenty of parking space, I had a fantastic experience at Elevation Burger. The staff at the counter were friendly and accommodating. Intrigued by their offer of organic, grass-fed burgers and fries cooked in olive oil, I decided to give it a try. While the prices were slightly higher—over $22 for a double cheeseburger and fries—I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The patties were juicy and well-seasoned without being greasy, and the shoestring fries were crispy with the skin left on. Despite the higher price point, the quality of the meal made it worth it. Unlike my usual experiences at fast food places, I didn’t feel sluggish afterward....
I've dined here frequently, but my last experience was truly disappointing. I ordered a hamburger, fries, and a soda, thinking it would be a simple meal. However, the hamburger was extremely dry and seemed to have been made ahead of time and simply reheated, as it arrived far too quickly. The fries were served on a paper plate that was soaked in old olive oil, making them some of the greasiest I've ever had. To top it off, the restaurant was completely empty except for me.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I ordered a veggie Impossible burger but received a meat burger instead. Given the prevalence of dietary preferences like vegetarian and vegan diets today, such a mistake is totally unacceptable. It was a straightforward order that should have been correct. I'm appalled by their lack of care, and they should be embarrassed about the way they operate. This experience ruined my night and is honestly disgraceful.
We frequently order from Elevation, and the burgers consistently impress us with their quality and just the right amount of grease. I do wish the fries held up better for take-out, but they are fantastic when enjoyed on-site. The shakes are undeniably the best in the area, with our top choice being the “extra thick” vanilla Oreo. Once you've had one, it's tough to go back to a regular shake. As for the service, we usually opt for take-out.

This burger restaurant offers excellent quality. You can truly appreciate the freshness of the ingredients used here. The only reason I’m rating it 4 out of 5 instead of a perfect 5 is because of the pricing for what you get. I paid $11 just for a burger, and if you add fries and a drink, you're looking at over $20 for one person.
We order elevation regularly. Burgers are always good and not too greasy. I wish the fries lasted better for take-out but are great when eating in. The shakes are by far the best shakes around. Our favorite is the vanilla Oreo made “extra thick”. Once you have it, it’s hard to go back to any regular shake. Service: Takeaway
The restaurant was significantly better when it first opened. The fries were left sitting over the fryer for too long before being cooked, which made them soggy. The bacon was overcooked and tough, missing any crunch. Although the food has good flavor, the primary concern appears to be inadequate food preparation.
This location was clean and the staff was friendly. Quick stop when returning from NYC towards Boston. FYI grass fed,organic and halal beef.
