Although the hotel looked lovely upon arrival, our experience changed once we checked in. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and filth, and it was overall disgusting. We were also disappointed to find that there was only one washcloth provided, and there had been no water for the past 14 hours with no indication of when it will be turned back on. Additionally, the hotel's system was down and they couldn't add our Hilton Honors number to our account for points. Considering these issues, we would recommend finding another place to stay. Despite being advertised as a 3 1/2 star hotel, our experience was only worth 2 stars.
I want to give a special shout-out to Dakota, Sasha, Carol, and Leslie—truly wonderful people. I'm very grateful to them! I would have stayed again last night, but they were fully booked for a lacrosse tournament. I'm planning to return today if there’s availability. The room was amazing, and the complimentary happy hour and breakfast made the experience even better. Who could resist a complimentary happy hour starting at 5:30? The staff really turned this hotel into my favorite place to stay. I hope I was able to convey just how much their kindness meant to me.
Crazy to think 1986 was almost 40 years ago. This hotel certainly feels older than it need be due to lack of management attention to preservations. That said, the staff was wonderful and the location is unbeatable for business in Baltimore county. Free parking is a huge plus as well as access to adjacent light railWalkability: 5 minute walk to light rail, McCormick Hq, and an upscale “town center” shopping strip with a wegmans and movie theatre. Great access to i83 too
The fact I requested my trash to be taken out multiple times and it took until the next day when we were checking out was disappointing and given the wrong receipt and key card did not work were the only minuses because everything else was GREAT pool and jacuzzi free breakfast that was great and the free drink and snack time was great as well when im back in Maryland I'll have no issues coming back. But please fix these minor things and I'll give 5 stars Réservez une table maintenant
If you’re looking for ladybug central it’s there! The room was “partially clean” when we arrived but no major red flags until it was bed time. Pulled back the sheets and lady bug central! Also NOTHING WAS DONE. Maintenance never came! We ended up staying in a friends room. Never given a credit, my money back, nothing. the 3 stars were only because of the amazing checkin experience!
The hotel is excellent; however, as the wife of a wheelchair user, I believe the hygiene product dispensers should be placed on the side walls instead of at the ends for easier access. Additionally, I think they should replace the bathtubs with fixed benches like those in other hotels to provide more security and independence for users.
This was my first time at this hotel, and it was a pleasant experience. The lady at the front desk on September 5, 2023, was extremely nice, and the staff was very friendly. However, the pool hours were disappointing. The hotel itself was clean, and the breakfast was fantastic. Overall, the room was nice. Rating: 5/5 for the rooms.
The hotel is beautiful, but the water is shut off for the vast majority of the day today, and the pool is only open from 5p to 10p. Whoever heard of a pool only open for 5 hours at night. Great, instead of a relaxing early workout, I get to share the pool with 1000 screaming kids from 5pm to 10 pm.Rooms: 5/5 Réservez une table maintenant
