Empa Mundo World Of Empanadas

This place is quite the hidden gem. I didn't even think I liked empanadas until I tried this place. There is a nice variety of different types of empanadas with different proteins. I highly recommend the chilipazinga but a word of warning, it's delicious but also very spicy. The spicy chicken is another favorite. Regardless of whichever you get, make sure to try the chimichurri. I definitely didn't like chimichurri until I tried it here and it's excellent! We've been 3 times so far and this is rapidly becoming a staple for us

Great food at an affordable price, I finally had the opportunity to bring my family in today so that they can see what I have been raving about. Service is a bit slow today as there appears to be only one individual working etc. However, the food is always freshly made to order.

It's a small, but loving place. Been buying from them for a few years now. The Texas Twinkie (no actual Twinkies used), is so good! The Chicken Cordon Blue is also a personal favorite. And the Banana Nutella empenada is the perfect dessert.

This place is our all time favorite for empanadas. The last time I was there was more than 8 Years ago. After all these years the taste hasn't changed a bit. Thank you for keeping the consistency maintained throughout all these years. Réservez une table maintenant

Ms. Mimi's empanadas are real treat. She prepares each by hand and manages the crowds like the pro she is. There's so many varieties, you must come back, again and again, to try them all. Thank you!!!

The flavor wakes up your taste buds and the lightly crispy crust was perfect! I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and I will be back. My new comfort food.

A place I’ve recommended to just about everyone I know. She serves a variety of empanadas like no one else in the metroplex. No else comes close to her, tbh.
