DO NOT ORDER HERE. Not only do they never look at the notes that your write, but today they called me to inform me that they did not have what I ordered for through Uber Eats. Uber stayed on the phone with me and the woman who spoke some English told uber she started to prepare my order which is a LIE. Because this same woman called me just 10 minutes before stating that she didn’t have any of the things that I ordered besides the juice. Honestly they should just close places like this down. They lost a costumer for sure. Today was the cherry on top of their horrible service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I visit this restaurant all the time for my favorite passion fruit juice, and my husband's favorite is the sweet potato. Their fried chicken is incredible, and their pork chops are amazing too. There are many other items on the menu that you should definitely try. By the way, I live in New Jersey and always get takeout for the ride home. It's the best!
I was waiting on the line for 15 mins. Mind you I'm 8 months pregnant. I Asked her can i just place one order n go she rolled her eyes. The cashier was busy packing 10 uber eats order when i just wanted 1 empanada. The service could had been better. I ended up leaving.
Empanadas just chiken $300, every we're else $1.50 or $2.00 they have it for $3.00 plus tax. A lemon juice she charged me $4.50 for a small one it's should bea $3.00 very expensive for the spot.. it's bronx ghetoo 153 and Melrose. Never coming back

I have visited Empanadas Monumental several times over the years, and each visit has been a pleasure. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and the food is consistently outstanding. I highly recommend this place!
The food is decent, but not as good as the original location. The staff are stingy with the sauces and seem indifferent to whether you stay or leave. Better to stick with what you know!
Waited 20 mins for a quesadilla...cook wasn't available still waited, food had stuff I didn't even know came with it or asked for, just bad....
Save your money this place is terrible. The staff is rude! I have never seen a business mess up a palito de queso!
