Encore Teppan - Réserver une table

Made the reservation for chef table. Made an extra call to ensure we will be seated at chef table. Arrived on time, was told it’ll be 20 min before they can seat us at chef table. Then was told it’ll be 45 minutes. We proceeded to order food at regular table. Prices were about the same as chef table. Ordered 30 pc sashimi and server came back and said they can only give us 12 pc. When we walked passed the sushi bar they still had tons of sushi. Food was ok but will not return!!!! Reservations don’t mean you will get seated and served at the time and request you want.

The establishment clean and the ambience was great. However the food was bland, I ordered steak and shrimp but the steak wasn?t even seasoned. The fried rice was decent but also needed more seasoning. I had also ordered medium rare but got more of a mediumwell, which honestly was not a big deal. The Margarita I had ordered was practically a shot of tequila it was all transparent.Atthe same time that same day there was a party of 20-25 people so they were swamped. I probably won?t be back, but hopefullythey make some changes.

Been many times but was disappointed with this visit. Despite reservations made weeks ago, they weren't prepared for us to sit at the grill so we couldn't (makes the experience). Service was not the best; maybe yet server was new? I don't know. Vegetables were cold on all plates when served, had yo ask for more. Food did taste good and I'm sure we'll be back. First time we weren't pleased with out visit. Maybe just an off night.

Great spot , especially compared to the big chain teppen places. Portions are good size and food is very flavourful. Cooks are very friendly and seem to have a lot more tricks and humor than your run of the mill places. Highly recommend for biggroups/company parties.

We were a party of 9 and had kids with us. It was such a fun experience thanks to the super talented chef who made it so entertaining! The food was really good!!! Drinks were bomb!! Give this place an A for sure!!

Food was good. Had reservations and had to wait 15 minutes until we were actually seated.

Our reservations were for 7:30pm and we didn’t get seated until 8:35pm!
