I had been craving boiled fish and grits so I decided to stop here this past Saturday! I walked in and no one was at the counter so I used that time to check out the menu because I had never been there before! After about 5mins the cashier came from the restroom and gave me an irritated look but I didn't let it bother me! I placed my order and sat down to wait for over 30mins for my food! I’m giving this restaurant a single star because the customer service was lacking. The young lady who served me was okay, but she seemed quite inexperienced. I ordered wings and a drink, and when I inquired about changing my order, she said it wasn't possible. I was also told the wait would be 15 minutes, but it actually took over 45 minutes. When the food finally arrived, the meat was undercooked, and they didn’t provide the correct cups. There was a noticeable lack of apology or effort to improve the situation; it felt very much like a take-it-or-leave-it attitude with no offer for a refund. The service is not ideal! When you call on the phone they put you on hold forget they have you on the phone and then they hangs up... and when you calls back, line is busy. It is even worse when you go inside the restaurant. You will stand at the counter awaiting to be just ask how are you? What can I get for you?. Those initial moments doesn 't come until you say something to them. The food is okay.. however, if a person thinks like me if the customer service is horrible,the food might be too! I would not recommend this place. It is deeply sad that you try to support your own but the mere fact why many don 't support their own simply because of these poor work ethics and customer service!!!...
I called End Zone at 8 o'clock to place an order for three cooked fish and grits with the young lady who answered the phone. She informed me it would take 45 minutes, so I decided to wait an extra 15 minutes before heading there. When I arrived, they mistakenly gave my order to someone else with the same name. I mentioned that I had waited an additional 15 minutes on top of the initial 45-minute wait. I ended up paying $72 for some soupy grits. When I spoke to the young lady, she said they would communicate the issue to her, but the customer service was very poor and the communication skills were terrible.

I have passed by this place plenty of times but never had eaten here. Well I tried it for the first time and I must say I was not displeased. It is a soul food restaurant mixed some island dishes. The lady who rang us up and served the food was very nice and attentive. I ordered the grilled conch which was well seasoned. They didn't have too many sides the day I visited, but the rice and peas, mac and cheese, and string beans were good. The flop (lemonade and ice tea) was good as well. I would visit again.
I spent the entire morning trying to place a pickup order over the phone, but it was busy the whole time. After numerous attempts, I finally gave up. When I arrived, the cashier's attitude was awful! It felt like they didn't care at all. Now, I'm still sitting here waiting for my two orders, which cost me $37, as I write this review. Will I be returning? Probably not! So frustrating!
I’ve been calling all morning to place an order to pick up and it was busy the whole time, after I got tired of trying I drove there and the cashiers attitude are awful! They act like they don’t care about the customers at all! Meanwhile I’m still sitting here waiting on my two orders that cost me 37.00 while I’m writing this review! Will I come back? Boiled fish is always good, sometimes a little salty. But (BYOG) bring your own grits. They heat up old grits and don't add enough water to get all the lumps out. How disgusting!!! Then the focus is on take-out. If you dine in, expect to wait at least an hour and a half. Wait staff extremely inexperienced!!! My visit was today, March 27, 2021.

Many low ratings here are very accurate. The comments are right on point. The service is really bad. Pandemic is no excuse. Overpriced. I was told there was no grits and saw it was serve to another customer. The workers was eating in front of the customer. After receiving the food, NOT IMPRESS!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. BETTER PLACES ELSEWHERE!!!!
I love this place it?s one of the best traditional soul food restaurants still stand and they have never disappointed my taste buds.. The fish and grottos they serve on weekends are a must try! You have soul!
