Man when this was the original building in downtown Victoria it was amazing, friendly and family feel. Then they moved to a big building which is great, developed outdoor spaces that were still fun. The last year and a half things really started to go downhill. More recently they decided instead of allowing patrons to tip their own amounts (which everyone I know would tip well bc even though the ownership seems to have plummeted the bartenders are still absolutely amazing!!!! there is an additional 16% charge on your tab. We were on our way to another nearby location when we decided to search for breweries in the area, and we couldn't resist the logo and artwork of Enki! They share a parking lot with other businesses, but we had no trouble finding a spot on a Saturday afternoon. We brought our dog with us, so we sat on their covered patio and I went inside to order a drink. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available! Although I didn't see much of the interior, it appeared warm and inviting. The service from the bartender was excellent, and the beer choices were creative and diverse. This restaurant has a spacious atmosphere that I enjoyed stopping by for a drink. I tried a few of their beers and they were all delicious. I especially liked their special blueberry beer and wished it was a regular on the menu. I recommend checking out this spot next time you're in the area. It's dog-friendly with multiple patios and food options. The service was great with a very friendly staff behind the bar. Cheers!
Great experience start to finish. We made reservations online and headed over to the brewery. There was a ton of outdoor seating so we got to choose where we sat after we checked in. The beer is fantastic and we got a pepperoni flatbread that was equally tasty. I've had the beer outside the taproom before but was happy to enjoy it in person! If I lived close (I was visiting from Chicago), I would absolutely go back.
Beer selection is always on point here! I love the variety and they always have a few different renditions of a lager for the light beer drinking folks and a rotating seltzer too! A huge taproom, upstairs deck, and lower patio with taps at the lower patio during peak times! Would love it if they had live music on the weekends for more entertainment. Beer is great though! Will keep coming back.
The beer was great. The bar food was good. The service and staff was attentive and talkative. The atmosphere was a little stark, but quiet because we stopped mid day on a rainy Saturday. We like to explore the local brews and this one turned out to have good beer. A refreshing find in a world of cliche hazy's and IPA's. They are doing some worthwhile crafts.
Wonderful brewery and food. Relaxed atmosphere. Family/dog oriented (at least in the outdoor areas I saw). Order your drinks food at the bar, they give you a small orange cone with your number on it. The food is brought to you. No additional tipping is needed-it's already included on your tab. Two parking lots with lots of space.
