I marked the poor service not for our waitress but for the hostess. We arrived about 30 minutes early hoping to sit at the bar and have a cocktail before dinner. We do this most times we come here. We were told by the hostess that the bar was completely packed and we would not be able to go. We went to another restaurant bar to grab our drink and came back. When we were escorted back to our seats only one person was at the bar. Why? The whole dining room was empty but for 4 other tables so they weren’t super busy. Very disappointed in that.
This was so nice. Disney Springs was bustling, but it was a wonderful relaxed environment. Our waitress was Super and VERY attentive. She happily took care of our requests. The food was very good......people in our party said this restaurant has very authentic Italian food, and everything we had reflected this.
Had a wonderful dinner. We were seated on time. The waitstaff was very attentive. The food was excellent. I left my phone on the table when we left. Our waitress was chasing us down to return the phone before I had even realized my oversight. Great staff! Great dining experience. We’ll definitely be back.
Haven’t been there in years. Remembered it as more special. There is a young dark haired guy in the front that is so awesome. He should own a restaurant one day. The pork sandwich is solid. It’s ok. Nice bar still. Recommend reservations as very limited due to lack of staff.

The food is very basic, tastes like it came out of a can. But the service was great and the place looks great and the portions are large but the food isn’t great but expensive for the quality.
Great ambiance, drinks, and food. The only downside was our waitress Simona, who barely checked on us and took much longer compared to the other waiters at tables nearby.
The price is too high for the quality and taste of the food! For being an Italian food restaurant I feel that the theme didn’t go with it! I expected more!
Great hidden gem in Disney Springs. Had calamari, cannelloni, eggplant parm, meatballs, all excellent. Can 't wait to go back.

Family LOVED spaghetti and meatballs and ravioli. Enjoyed seasonal (but pricey! cocktails and house-made sangria.
