Honestly, the hostess wasn't welcoming. She didn't even greet us upon entering, No hello, welcome, or table for 2. Just looked at us. Eventually, we were seated in the dining room behind the vault doors which was unique . I felt uncomfortable from the moment we stepped inside. The atmosphere wasn't inviting. Our waitress was nice enough but quickly mentioned that she was busy and wouldn't be around much. Another waiter took over our table. We waited 50 mins for our food which was mediocre. My steak was difficult to cut, very charred yet there was blood on my plate. My risotto was descent. Husband's pork chop was very fatty and undercooked. We're seated in couch area in back, only ones there. Waiter brought water. Did not return to take order so after 10-12 minutes we went to bar to eat where we got excellent service. Food was delicious. Will return but sit at bar for best service
