I can only rate 5/5 because the product they choose in the kitchen is quality and proximity (in general). Our best recommendation may be that we had dinner two nights in a row because apart from the entrecote, we were interested in the stuffed cabbage, the house toast, and some delicious pot meat and chicken croquettes. Desserts are also made at home with great care. Exemplary rhythm and attention to the room ! I'm writing this review in english because Tripadvisor still doesn't offer us catalan option.
Restaurante de Casarilh, cerca de Vielha que recomiendo 100%, nos gustó tanto que repetimos en la misma semana. Buenos protocolos de limpieza, las mascarillas del personal siempre bien puestas y destacaría la gran amabilidad y profesionalidad de su servicio, algo que se echa de menos en muchos restaurantes. A nivel de comida funcionan con carta con muy buena relación calidad precio. Destacaría el foie micuit que se lo hacen ellos y la calidad de la carne, probamos el solomillo y nos pareció excepcional.
ESPECTACULAR, diez sobre diez. El mejor restaurante del valle. Local acogedor, trato amable, servicio profesional y rápido, siguiendo con total seguridad protocolos de limpieza. Carta relación calidad-precio inmejorable. Recomendación: las torradas de foie, el entrecot de buey, la crema catalana con frutos del bosque exquisito. Recomendable 100%. Repetiremos cuando volvamos por Valle de Arán. Saludos desde Valencia ;
Buen restaurante con comida naranja. Las evaluaciones que había leído son excelentes, por lo que quizás los espectáculos fueron altos y, a pesar de haber goteado, han habido aspectos que podrían mejorar, entre ellos las raciones de algunos platos son más bien jots (ver la foto de la olla naranja) en comparación con otros restaurantes del valle. De todos modos, vale la pena comer allí. los precios son un poco altos.

si quieres comer este es el sitio, es la segunda vez que vamos, comida de alta calidad, auténtica cocina aranesa con un excelente servicio y un precio de joto. es recomendable reservar días antes y dar un paseo después ;
