we went to esplanade to celebrate our annual day. there was a type of construction site/renovation that moved around the building and inside. when they go into the building, the restaurant is through a door on the left side, which 't as obvious as. it seems as there are some steps right in front of them and it's all badly signaled. When we finally came in, we were greeted by a friendly waitress who accompanied us to our table. we ordered the menu signature with wine pairing. the best plate of all was the maibock, by far. the wee was also unbelievable. also the service with every next teller was ever slower. when the time came for dessert, it took an hour to get it on our table. when it final...
absolutely error-free! the food was wow- very disgusting of her 2 michelin stars. the service was very professional friendly and the staff went out of the way for us. the decor is tasteful, the hotel is renovated to a very high standard. we thought for the night and had the tasting menu. it was a fantastic experience and we enjoyed every minute. highly recommended - both the hotel and the restaurant and the service are exceptional!
my sister, and I researched charbrucken when we came to esplanade. we had no reservations and were dressed for the walk around the city (not unusual at all), but the staff was so friendly! eating was amazing and the sommelier wee recommendation was just right. this was such an amazing experience and I am glad that I could share it with my sister on holiday. Many thanks and we will be back for this risotto!
