My colleagues and I often book a table so at least we can buy some bar snacks when drinking.<br/ <br/ Okay, the bar is located in a very perfect location. Close to public transport, close to many hotels and close to other bars. If you are going here on Friday Night, there are a lot of office people and less of young crazy youths, if you know what I mean.<br/ <br/ The bar is beautiful and staff professional and friendly. When lunching in the city with colleagues, Establishment is always a popular choice. Located centrally in George Street near Wynyard Station be sure to book a table or get there before 12pm esp. later in the week. A good menu with an excellent Thai section dishes that range from approx. $16 $22. Popular with city business workers. This is the perfect inner city restaurant due to the speed of their food service and consistent quality of their food. Great for a long lunch or a quick bite to eat between meetings.

We would like to thank Adam for his fantastic service and food recommendations. He has been outstanding as we have been coming to the Establishment ever since COVID-19. He has been amazing in ensuring strict adherence to the social distancing rules. We all feel safe coming to this venue. Adam and staff have made this such a pleasant experience.

The place was spacious and had nice decor as well.
I didn’t realise that this venue had quite an extensive menu for lunch. It’s quite casual setting with shared tables. You order up at the bar and food get brought out to you. You can get pub style food like schnitzel and burgers, Thai influenced meals or salad.
We had a very enjoyable time at our friends wedding reception for their daughter at the Establishment Bar. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the food was well presented and delicious. Great live music and a good location to dance.
Great place for a quick lunch during the week. Food is well priced, tasty and service is quick. We eat here almost weekly and have never had a bad meal. Great spot for after work drinks too.

had the beef pad thai and it was real good, the beef they used was marbled and that wasn't expected! beautiful place and the service was great! recommend !
Great place for drinks. Lots of great ambience and after work drinks. We ordered the Provelone eggplant dish which was magnificent. Well worth the commute.
