Typical restaurant in the Elche countryside, well known for its firewood rice with rabbit and snails, also typical of the Elche countryside. For my taste, one of the best quality/price ratios to try this classic cuisine from Elche. It also has good rice with a crust, although I personally don't think it is one of its star dishes, although it is more a matter of taste.
