had a similar experience. rating 1 star because it was good to eat. but I feel they're cute. I gave my card to pay quickly before my friend could pay it. I received the shield slip, without the leak, and was not told that the gratulation was included, although we were only 3 people. When I asked for the postcode, I noticed that it was handwritten by our waitress and it has steered a 20-to-pay-to-pay-to-pay-to-pay-to-pay-to-the-highest dollar! also the handwritten cargo looked like chicken crat so I wasn't sure what the cargo was for. if I hadn't asked for a statement, I would have left a double. very beautiful. I don't appreciate it.
Food was good, but the service was bad. She seems to be mad for something. I don't usually pay attention to that as I work in the industry, But when she brought the food with sharing plates she use her bare hand to clean 1 of those plates disgusting of course i didn’t use that plate and I didn't say anything else but COME ON . Then I realize that she was sneezing way too often, meaning she got just the flu or a cold I hope it was that and not COVID . It was too late already as we were having dessert already.
Definitely gears towards Portuguese culture, but the staff are all extremely friendly and always seem to pop up as soon as you need service. I recently had lunch at this restaurant and had an excellent dining experience. The price per person was between $30 to $50. The food was top-notch, I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service was also outstanding, I would give it a 5 out of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic as well, I would also rate it a 5 out of 5. we are here at midday and have only served and sangria ordered. eating was great the sangria tasty but intentionally when they pay their check. 20 after control was included in the bill, but they did not say it. When we asked after the check, we received the original handwriting pad, where we saw the word grat. When we asked, they said it was the tip! hadn't asked, we would have paid over!
not to lie, we didn't even make it to the meal. this place lacks good customer service. it's not a cheaper place to think maybe a small class, but no! 5 tables there that are served most, but the waiter ignored us for 10 minutes, so we left! as I said, not cheap, so I would expect it least. a lot of luck with it!
