The first time I came here, the young guy kept giving me samples of gelato I had to tell him to stop or else I'd get to full to buy any gelato! Because it never rains in Southern California except for this one day we all decided to come try this place. Just because Craig boasted about lobster crepe on the menu. They don 't have the savory crepes any more I was kinda bummed because these were freaking delicious. The main reason to come here is the Gelato and the coffee, but if you 're in the mood for dessert crepes this place will hook it up too. Stopped in for lunch on my way to catch a game in LA. I wanted to change it up, as I always went to CB and other big coffee chains. So I looked up new possibilities on my Yelp app, and here I came. This coffee shop is located close to the mall in carson, in a commercial area that I never knew existed. The place is very brightly lit, which added to the energy. I was so happy when this gelato spot opened up in Carson. I'm not sure how often they change their selection, but each time I've visited I've been pleasantly surprised by new flavors. Not the best gelato I've had when it comes to texture and consistency, but the flavors are mouthwatering and the service is top notch. Today we tried the Banana Nutella and PBJ with a cup of their 12 hour cold brew (more concentrate) and a splash of almond milk. The jelly in PBJ was the at the forefront followed by a subtle taste of peanut butter mixed in with little bits of crushed peanuts. Yelp led me here after I went shopping at Ikea and I was so blown away by the great variety of ice cream flavors offered! The flavors are not like crazy out of this world or anything but there not your usual, everyday grocery store flavors. Some of my favorites that I got to sample were Fruity Pebbles, Toasted Marshmallow, and Pandan. I ended up getting the Gelato Panini because I thought that was unique, something I can't get at other places. Pretty delicious the ice cream did melt very quickly, but what can you really expect? This place was a great surprise of gelato, sorbet, gourmet coffee drinks, beer, wine, and lunch appetizer snacks. It has a very clean and roomy interior. The gelatos and sorbets are made fresh on site and is VERY FRESH. Sorbets are made with real fruit and loaded with fresh flavor. They had dozens of flavors. The coffee was very flavorful and had been roasted fresh. We wanted to try the lunch snacks but had already eaten. We will be back for this absolutely enchanting place for fun snacks, desert, and drinks. Great job!
