California to Florida, Seafood Lover. Before my better judgment and love for seafood... I'm going to Kansas. I could live on seafood. Kansas is all about BEEF, good beef especially...taste nothing like fish. Then I discovered a jewel of a place called Excellent Choice. That's it ever happened. They are both graduates of the Culinary Institutes and their menu tariff is nothing less than exceptional. Rachel remembers the names and orders of her customers. Be careful..be afraid: she will try to persuade you into a house slice of cake. Just give in, it's worth it. Reasonable prices, happy service.
Iam 64 years old and was cooked on south, soul food cooking of women who cooked it for a very long time. I sit here with deep roasted catfish, rice and beans, roasted Okra and roasted potatoes with onions before me everything I can say is that I have an extraordinary choice for my meal tonight. The grain bread is the best I ever had. Make yourself a favor and visit this facility. I live 70 miles away and will be back many times. Great food ladies!!!!
8 1/2 years and strong! The ladies really care about cooking and do it well. This is my reward for laboratories in the VA. I do it well and the Doc asked if I wanted to wait a year between visits. I responded better not to take any chances and keep it to 6 months! Haha, if you can, you will be rewarded. Watch out for ladies, thank you again!!!
Best fish and green and dessert in the city, no competition and the absolute best service also! Rachel really loves what she and mum minnis do, and you can taste it in every bite! I love coming here and I never had anything wrong or undercooked or something like that, it's perfect every time.
