Excellent Tofu & Snack

After an unsuccessful attempt to play beach v-ball, we decided to drown our sorrows in dessert. One buddy suggested we go for dofu fah at Excellent Tofu Snacks. It’s located next door to Mango Mama. We dropped in on a Sunday afternoon (around 2:30pm). There was a constant group of people coming in for a quick dessert. The inside is very retro with an old school diner vibe to it. We sat at the counter and got to watch the two ladies work their tofu magic.

It’s too pricy compare to the quantity it has. One of the sweet tofu we order, the fruit flavor one, has a weird taste. We didn’t finish it.We order take out and they didn’t even put a cardboard at the bottom to balance two bowls. The soup got spill out when we carry it home. We will never go back again.

Great tofu pudding soya milk. The pudding was so smooth and came with variations of choice, hot/cold, with sesame paste/ red beans/ etc. You can add ginger sugar or syrup to your taste. Old vibe store, run by an old couple. The shop is small but clean neat. I love their ginger soy milk. Cash/debit only.

Great dessert place if you’re looking for something light and refreshing after dinner. Their tofu pudding is excellent and extremely soft with a serve of red beans and coconut milk on the side. In addition, their soy milk is a must order as well : Réservez une table maintenant

The most authentic tofu place on YYC , the ginger sauce needs a little work ..just missing that ginger burn that kick in the throat sensation ...however across the sea and over the sky of the east, this is the best place for tofu dessert.

Best soy milk shop in Richmond BC. Every time, we brought back suitcases of frozen bottles. You need to order in advance so the owner can freeze them properly

Cash Only!!!The table was not cleaned and we even moved those used bowls and wiped the table by ourselves. It wasn’t worth it at all.
