"Great coffee and great business. Customer service is excellent. My first review was a star that was unjustly given to me! Due to Covid related shipping problems with the USPS, I did not get my coffee in time after receiving a note from Fair Mountain it had roasted and shipped. I was hated for a negative assessment of this company. I received email immediately from the owner sincerely concerned about my small order evaluation. I felt like I had to do with real people who are definitely interested. You wanted me as a customer. This type of concern is and service is rare today! I'll be a customer for life!"
