Best Diner Ever! To get to a beach, my family and I drive the 1.5 hours from Rockland County to Sandy Hook. We always stop off at the Arms II Diner on the way back. I've never had a bad thing to eat there or bad service. I've eaten at many diners on the east coast over my almost 62 years and this diner beats any I've ever eaten in.Tonight I had an egg, cheese and bacon sandwich with hash browns. It was so good. One family member had the voldka pasta with chicken and loved it, as well as the potato soup with leeks. Another had the blue cheese cajun burger with fries. Everything was so good. Was in over the weekend for Breakfast and had a positive experience here.The staff was very friendly and our waitress was courteous and prompt with our order.The portions are very generous and at a great value. Also a big plus, is how clean the restaurant is!I had their French toast and it was absolutely delicious.If you haven't been already, treat yourself; I'm sure you'll be back!
This restaurant is doubtless one of the tastiest place in the neighborhood. Whenever I come there I am remarkably happy. They preserve their very high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they serve. You always win with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.
French Dip for 4??? This sandwhich was MASSIVE! The roast beef tender, roll was nice and the au jus was rich and savory…good sandwich, great deal! Oh, and the crust on the apple pie was as good as I’ve ever had!

For a diner it's clean. Service is a bit slower than most e en when not crowded. The food is middle of the road. Not bad but not great.
Loved it here. Had an omelet with jalapeños in it. Heard they filmed part of Chasing Amy here. That's dope.
