Just over one week ago Shanon of Fairview Catering served up an incredible menu of 4 different entrees along with all the sides, salads and desserts at our Emmaus High School Class of 1970's twice-delayed 50th Year high school reunion picnic at the Emmaus Community Park. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. Prior to the buffet Shanon's staff also butlered a variety of tasty appetizers for the first hour or so. Shanon was very accommodating and probably spent several hours of her time discussing menu options and logistics over the months and weeks leading up to the reunion. I would just like to say how amazingggggggg it was to work with Shannon!!! She was absolutely incredible!!!!! She did my wedding just this past September 11 and the food was amazing! The servers were amazing…the service was amazing!!! The setup all the way to the cleanup ..packing up everything just everything was truly truly incredible!!! I would without a doubt absolutely recommend Fairview to anyone!!!!!!!! It was an incredible experience with them!!!!! Very smooth from the very start! Super affordable! Great communication! And everything was just perfect!!!! From the start to the finish! HIGHLY recommend using them!!! Awesome awesome awesome!!! Experience!!!!!
My husband and I were pleased to have Fairview cater our wedding this past Saturday. everything was EXCELLENT!!! we absolutely loved all the food and the guests kept telling us how good it was. The catering staff is so kind and they really care about what they do. They put a lot of time and effort into their cooking and prepping.. it definitely shows. I would 100% RECOMMEND THEM. We were so happy with everything. Absolutely no complaints. thanks again for making our big day so special. The food was phenomenal

Just had Fairview catering, at my daughters baptism. They were awesome. So nice, easy to work with. The food was amazing. All of my guests loved it! They had the food displayed nicely and kept it warm and covered for us, would definitely use again for our next party!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Shannon was very accommodating to what I needed for my party. She was also prompt in answering questions and getting back to me. I will definitely use Fairview again in the future.
Just had Fairview cater a retirement/4th of July party. What great people to work with!Communication, great food, courteous and friendly staff. I know who will be my 1st call next time we need a caterer!
