I got food poisoning from them 2 days ago. When I called and asked for a refund, what I assume is the manager claimed they serve almost 200 customers a day and no one has ever claimed to get food poisoning. He then asked me for a doctors note and was completely dismissive of me and my issue. Food was also very mid at best for almost 24 dollars for a combo shawarma and a drink.Furthermore, their drinks that were in the cooler were opened already. When I went to grab the yogurt drink and open it, it burst open on me.Won't be surprised if a manager or owner there decides to attack me on here for telling everyone about how awful the place is.Do you and your family a favor and skip this place. I absolutely love this restaurant! The service is always friendly and efficient. I've visited all their locations now, thanks to my partner who introduced me to this gem. We've returned multiple times, and he always orders the chicken kabob plate. I've tried the mixed surf and turf plate, falafel, all the sides, the baklava, and probably a few more dishes—it's hard to resist! The indoor seating is limited, but they do have a few outdoor tables. The food is consistently fresh, and if you're a fan of sauces, don't forget to request them; their hot sauce is incredible! I also really appreciate that each plate comes with a grilled jalapeño—what a nice touch! We can't wait to come back soon!
I really enjoyed their mix shawarma wrap, even more than their rice plate. However, if you're ordering wraps for to go, you have to be careful. I ordered the beef and lamb wrap but while I was eating, I realized it was their falafel wrap. Fortunately for me, I wasn't too far away so I was able to as for the meats on the side because I really wanted to try them. Their falafels are pretty good. Full of sesame seeds.
I hate to be leaving negative comments, But the owners are very rude. I have ate their in the past and got sick after. I chose to not leave a bad review because of that but recently happened persuaded me to do so. I parked in-front of the store and the owners were very rude and told me they were calling the cops if I didn’t leave. Last time I checked all the stores share the parking lot? The hummus here is the best I've ever had. The owner is so nice and this is one of my favorite Mediterranean spots. Everything is super flavorful, and the sauces that come with the platters are also excellent. Everything is high-quality, and very fresh, will definitely come visit again!
