eating was good and the atmosphere was very cozy, perfect for the winter. my only thing was the service. it took an hour to get our main course from the order. we ordered before the table next to us and they had finished their entire meal before we head ours. we had ordered our head with our appetizers so it shouldn't have been so long. technical is the reservation only for an hour and half, and it was up before our main. I was more so annoyed because nothing was done to fix the situation, the waitress has barely recognized her, and she brought my partner out mainly in front of me and left me 10-15 minutes before I was separated. My husband and I ordered calamari for appetizer. It was very flavorful and crispy. I had the gnocchi with bolognese sauce for my main course, and it was outstanding. However, the portion sizes were smaller than we had anticipated for the price. We would have appreciated a bit more pasta on the plate. The mousse for dessert was absolutely delicious. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable, but unfortunately did not check in on us or refill our wine glasses until after we had finished our meal. In conclusion, our experience was very good overall, but fell just short of a five star rating.
This restaurant doesn't have the same charm it once did. The building looks rundown, the music is too loud, the menu hasn't been updated, the food is decent, and the prices are fair but a bit high for what you get. The service is adequate, but I've had better experiences at this location in the past.
