I ordered a late-night snack at 3 AM, not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The patty was thick and cooked to a perfect medium, and the bacon was also thick and cooked just right. Even the fries were delicious. I was genuinely impressed.
We waited at the bar for about 15 minutes, but no staff members attended to us. While there were people playing pool, no one came to serve us or even acknowledged our presence. Eventually, we decided to leave.
The food is really unappetizing, and the staff is not pleasant, particularly Jay. He seems to have personal issues that he projects onto others, creating unnecessary drama. I definitely won't be returning!

"TERRIBLE Service. If we hadn't left vegetables or sofrita?s when we went, what was not much to us, we treated it, but then when I eat, I eat a piece of chicken (I?m vegetarian of 3 years) and find a HUGE piece of steak in my bowl. Disgusting."
