We have been trying to reach your customer service, but the line has been consistently busy. I understand that to gamble online, you need a Social Security number and must be over 21 to register, which makes this situation even more confusing. Fanduel sportsbook online offers the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! The representative I spoke with, Kelvin, was not only rude but also seemed to have a limited grasp of English. They deactivated my account just because I informed them that my phone number had changed and I was unable to log in. DraftKings surpasses Fanduel by far. I recommend staying away from them!
