I had a very disappointing experience at Farm Burger. While waiting to pick up my order, my car was booted despite ample parking availability outside. I avoided the parking deck due to frequent break-ins and poor security. When I asked management for help, they refused to assist me. Even the person who placed the boot on my car wouldn’t remove it. It’s upsetting how customers are treated here. The parking deck is unsafe—I’ve been a victim of a break-in there, and I’m far from alone. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. I recently visited Farm Burger at the Buckhead location and had an amazing experience! The staff and servers were attentive and friendly. You order and pay at the counter, then grab your drinks and find a seat. The burgers and fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the prices were very reasonable. We enjoyed the number 6 double bacon cheeseburger, a custom-built cheeseburger, a kids' lil cheeseburger, and a large portion of fries that easily satisfied the three of us. The burger was dry and not really well seasoned at all. I got the double bacon cheeseburger, but I ended up not finishing it since the thick dry burger patties were hard to get through. (Not gonna comment on temperature since it was a delivery. That'son the delivery service, not on the restaurant. The fries were under-seasoned, and I'm not sure why they were sent in a drinkcup. They were packed in pretty tight and it made them soggy during the short delivery trip. The chocolate shake was tasty. I went there over there weekend, for the first time and love it. I ordered the vegan burger and fries for myself. My daughter had the cheeseburger kid's meal. The food was delicious and fresh. I love that their food is organic. The customer service wassuperb. We will be going back, with my husband next time.

Excellent service. Fast. Very welcoming. Burger was cooked perfectly. Fries were good. Ranch not so much. Music didn?t match often. Weird. Restaurant needed sweeping. It was 2pm. Very empty and good amount of down time.
Food was great but I was mostly impressed by the three guys handling things out front: greeting people, taking orders, delivering food, cleaning, and they were FRIENDLY too!
The burger was fantastic. However, watch out for the fries and onion rings, as ours came out overcooked. The service was great, and they quickly addressed the problem.
Grassfed Grassfinished beef burger is what I enjoyed along with homemade hand cut Fries and a Farm Salad
