Wow, my experience with this delivery has been pretty frustrating. The broker said my appointment was for 8:00 AM, but I arrived at 7:50 AM, and then I was told that my delivery time wasn't actually until 1:00 PM. They allowed me to park in their lot and advised me to wait until they could assist me. Finally, at 11:45 AM, they gave me a door and directed me to the driver's lounge for paperwork. Now it's 12:20 PM, and they still haven't started unloading my cargo. It feels like this delivery is taking all day!
