We were at a 60th birthday celebration at The Farmers Arms. There was probably 15 to 20 guests. We were soon seated in the rear room. It was nice to basically have the room to ourselves. The staff made us very welcome. The service was impressive as the food was served up. The meal was very tasty indeed and more impressively it was hot. Nothing was to much trouble and the staff were very attentive to ensure we all had the best time we could. A very enjoyable meal.
Inpromptu Saturday pub lunch for 4 of us. Bar was busy but had a table free. Welcome from the host Tash was warm friendly. She was the only one front of house service was brisk calm. Food arrived in a timely manner. Well presented, all our meals were excellent, fresh cooked perfectly, a credit to the chef who was alone in the kitchen. A hidden gem slightly off the A1, we shall certainly return, thank you.
What a fantastic Sunday lunch! The best we have had in a long time. First visit and wasnt disappointed! Great staff, Nicola Louis especially were extremely welcoming, friendly and a pleasure to meet. Food was five star and service to match. Great wine selection, and if you've never tasted The Guvnor wine, you're missing a treat! Thankyou you Farmers Arms for a lovely afternoon. Pete Ally
Went for eve ing meal to "Farmers Arms inn "after making a booking to find that we were at the wrong one but decided to stay as other a couple of miles further on .The place was cosy and dog friendly.The food we had was very tasty and a good portion so no dessert as full. Would definitely recommend and return if ever in area again Réservez une table maintenant
Called in on spec today with my hubby, MIL, son and DIL and granddaughter. Absolutely beautiful food and lovely atmosphere! Hope I get names right but Natalie, Liam and Kenzie were fabulous and warm. We will be back!
Great pub! Super friendly, helpful staff and a lovely atmosphere! We stopped specifically for the Chicken Parmo...and so glad we did! It was excellent!
I had fish and chips fish was delicious. Wife had scampi said it was very nice. Had sponge pudding again it was delicious. Would definitely recommend
