We had a great time at the mall with its impressive variety of stores. We stopped by for about an hour before our flight from O'Hare Airport. The place was clean, parking was easy, and I really loved the display of clocks showcasing different cities and time zones from around the world! My favorite stores included Ralph Lauren, Armani, Ted Baker, and Burberry. Some shops seemed to be trying to create a queue for marketing purposes, which was amusing since there were hardly any customers around. For instance, YSL asked us to wait in line despite having only three people inside their large store. In the end, we decided to shop at Armani, which didn't have a line at all.
This large shopping mall is conveniently located near O'Hare Airport and features a wide range of luxury and high-end designer stores, along with more affordable options. The food court is spacious, and you can find Wetzel’s Pretzels and other snack outlets throughout the mall. The parking garage offers plenty of space, especially if you visit outside of peak hours. I went in July 2022, and nearly half of the stores had some type of sale or promotion happening.
First time ever at the fashion outlets of Chicago. Many many high end luxury stores with amazing prices. Vera Bradley and Kate Spade were my absolute favorites. The mall is very clean. It has parking that is free and is garage style. Easy access to the inside of the mall from the garage parking. If you are looking for that special bag, shoes, or specific clothing piece this is the place to shop. They also have a inside food court at many smaller food stores.
However, it's worth noting that some high-end stores tend to overlook customers as they pass by, as if judging them based on appearance. I had also read about an incident involving gunfire at the mall in the past, which raises concerns about safety and security measures. Additionally, there are always long lines to enter the upscale boutiques, which may not be worth the wait. Overall, this mall is not geared towards average middle-class shoppers. Good selection of high end (Gucci, Prada, Burberry etc) and lower end (Nike, banana republic, gap etc). There is usually a queue for the high end places. I’m from the UK, I find mostly the prices don’t really feel it’s that cheap for an outlet when you add tax and stuff on top. Good free parking, I’ve. Never used it but it has a decent looking craft beer bar inside. Defo worth a stop on the way to o’hare airport
This is a pretty good outlet mall featuring mostly high-end stores with affordable prices. Some shops have a limit on the number of customers allowed in at once, which I find quite responsible, although it does lead to long lines in the hallways. I don't mind this, though. The mall is well-maintained and offers plenty of free parking. Plus, its proximity to the airport makes it easy to locate.
The mall offers a wide range of stores and services, making it a one-stop destination for shopping and entertainment. The layout is convenient, with ample parking and well-designed corridors. The food court offers a good variety of restaurants and the cinema provides a great movie-watching experience. Overall, a pleasant place to spend a day with family and friends.
The parking garage is consistently crowded, making it difficult to find a spot. However, the shopping outlet features a variety of excellent stores. In my experience, The Body Shop, Kate Spade, Lindt Chocolate, and Banana Republic have consistently friendly staff and quality products. Other stores I've visited can be a bit unpredictable. This is a fantastic place to stroll and escape the heat! I enjoyed two lunches in the food court, both of which were excellent and affordable. The higher-end shops are nice to browse, although I didn't do any shopping myself. The artwork throughout the mall is vibrant and colorful!
