I usually never post any reviews but I feel the need to. Last night I came in to stop by for a treat and I was very disappointed, not with my frozen yogurt but with the customer service I was not given : I walked in the store and two young girls were at a table in the front and they seemed really unprofessional and I instantly could see both their eyes were bloodshot. It was obvious from their odd demeanor that they were working high. It made me feel like they didn't care about their customers or their job. This place was immaculate! The yogurt at Yo Yo Yogurt was fantastic, and the variety of toppings was impressive. The yogurt flavors had some fun and intriguing names (I ended up trying them all, haha), and for the most part, I enjoyed each one. However, the pineapple flavor didn’t quite work for me. The staff here are incredibly friendly—I felt right at home. One of the team members, who seemed to be around 17, had a great grasp of everything going on. She provided a lot of useful information about how often the flavors change, as they like to keep things fresh and exciting for customers. Truthful review: EXTREMELY over priced for frozen yogurt. Also the owner lady is a bit snooty and fake. It's a little hole in the wall yogart shop, the snooty prices do not need to be this high. I'm not a cheap person and I make good money, but these prices are ridiculous.
