The choice of seafood is excellent and the amazing colourful and always tasty salads are a real treat. You can choose from the traditional fish & chips; grilled or crumbed. Their salmon cakes are worth going for as well. Very friendly staff...be prepared to wait it's a popular local haunt...but worth the wait.
As a local I have frequented Fat Fish on say an every second monthly basis. The food is good but on the pricy side. Shame about the service. Feels like they don't want your business. I don't understand how local businesses think they can run to their full potential without making the locals feel important!!
The salads, burgers, frittatas, fish and chips, all beautiful. Delicious, actually. Simple foods done well and for that I'll always return. Just a little put off by the service. Blondish girl has an attitude and the owners are a little gruff (unless you know them well). The food makes it worthwhile though.
