Great product but terrible customer service. I wouldn’t order delivery from here as it’s inconsistent. There’s been multiple times that I order directly from their app or Door Dash. It takes about an hour wait but then 10 mins before it’s supposed to arrive the order is cancelled. No one answers the phone. There is an operator that says they aren’t accepting phone calls. Also, I’ve ordered 2-3 bowls and only received 1 bowl. Food: 5 Service: 1

I ordered the sweet tofu bowl and my mistake. It truly *is* sweet. Waaaay too sweet. It's the teriyaki sauce that makes it nearly inedible. Unfortunately I only finished half my bowl. Just don't order this bowl. Be wary of any sweet labeled bowls. Vegetarian options: Lots of ways to customize your bowl. My adult daughter took me to this very cool place inside The Block in Annandale. Poke was new to me, and I prefer sushi, but it was quite tasty and fresh and a fun, lively environment. I'm sure I'll go again with her since it's close to my home.

I think they change the quality of ingredients. Both tuna salmon don’t taste fresh. The rice is hard.
