After hearing about and reading about all the positives about this establishment we decided to take advantage whilst in Liverpool. Entered with high expectations left very disappointed. Poor service from waiting staff who seemed more bothered about resetting tables rather than actively looking after dining customers. Meats well cooked although despite dining in the evening there was a distinct lack of what was offered on the menu. Waited 20 minutes after reordering one side dish which looking at things practically the restaurant was hardly full. Salad bar looked rather sad, cheese was drying out. Lots to choose from, every thing was top quality. We had ribeye, sirloin, rump beef steak, chicken thighs and honey pork to name a few. The waiters come around with massive skewers and ask if you’d like a slice of each. We rolled out the restaurant. The meat just keeps on coming til you say stop. Theres a cold food selection too. Salads, cheese platter, charcuterie. You can order sides from the waiters who come round every couple mins. Lots to choose from and all part of the buffet. Only disappointment was the fact the desserts aren’t part of the buffet selection and you have to pay extra. Either way would definitely recommend.
After walking out of Marco Pierre White place where I was treated so badly I walked up the road a few metres and found this place. Never been before but was made to feel so welcome by the team they organised a table for me as they were fully booked. The food was great and the service was fantastic. Chalk and cheese compared to MPW? I will be back. Thank you for rebuilding my faith in Liverpool.
Hit and miss, often not enough waiters on hand, if you order sides they may or may not turn up. Staff avoid eye contact as they dont want to deal with you when they are busy. Even if you have a bad experience they stick a nice big tip on the bill for themselves knowing people don’t want to ask for it to be removed.

Great dining experience, thanks to Bogi we were seated to a great table that made it extra special for us. Manuel who served our table was very good provided a great experience despite a full restaurant. The Passadores were very good and the one with glasses was very good at providing the meat to our liking!
Absolutely the best steakhouse i’ve been to and i’ve been to a lot ! The service was amazing and the meats were just beautiful with all the sides being traditional brazilian sides all cooked perfectly. Just an amazing experience will definitely be coming back !

Loved the Fazenda, food was of a very high quality and absolutely delicious! Staff were very helpful and efficient. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!!
