While we eat in the Reastraunt tonight with our family. We ordered four adult deprivation. Waited over half an hour and no food was delivered yet. Others who had ordered after receiving their meals. After that, I decided to go upstairs and ask for our meals. At that time it was too late for us to dinate and had to go because we had a movie that we already bought pre-purchased tickets for that was nearby. The manager pretended it wasn't a big deal that $50 of our hard-earned money was spent for a cold meal for the next day. Very unorganized and not enough staff as it seemed. Needless to say, will not go back and will also let others know. This is no way to lead a reastraunt.
Doors were locked when we tried to come in at 11 but Teresa was quick to come and open them right up for us. As we were walking in we heard the older male manger say to her very rudely ‘I really wish you wouldn’t have done that’ and then walked to the kitchen. Took a little bit to get our food but when we did it was delicious. I wish Tabi would have been there also she’s always a delightful person to talk with.
This is the kind of restaurant that I can bring my whole family (spouse, myself, 8 kids, 2 grandbabies, and 2 girlfriends for a very reasonable price. The food quality is fantastic!!!
I had her special, the pizza baked spaghetti, that was a good part. I like her sauce. Going to Fazoli proves to be cheaper and more satisfying than any of the fast foods.

Manager was very corporative and help full. We helped them clean the dinning room. Understaffed big time. Staff needs to come in earlier than what they are now.
Felt pressure to make an order, tables were dirty salt and pepper grinders were mostly empty all the parmesan shakers were empty
It was refreshing to see how supportive the environment was for the employees. They worked well together.
Tabi is an amazing Manager. She was very good under pressure from a busy night.
