I've always walked past their DC spot but finally tried their Maryland location with friends. We ordered pork ribs, pork belly, brisket burnt ends, moist sliced brisket, pork sausage, Brussels sprouts, and mac and cheese. Everything was amazing. We especially loved the burnt ends, pork belly, and moist sliced brisket—the meats were tender, juicy, and fell right off the bone. Be sure to get the Brussels sprouts and mac and cheese too. The sauces were fantastic, with the Carolina, mustard BBQ, and mild sauces standing out. I’d suggest ordering earlier in the day since some items can sell out.
