We went here with a Chinese friend, for what is excellent Szechuan food (some of which is traditional, and some of which is fusion/creative). We especially liked the small plates: fallen duck (crispy duck rolls) or the excellent dim sum (you can get a combination, or the beef which are especially lovely). I appreciate that this restaurant is health-conscious, that the dishes are not heavy or greasy, and that they are made with such fine ingredients. Friendly professional service, reasonable prices, and a great terrace along the canal. Only thing that struck us as odd was the name, which is much less appetizing than the really excellent kitchen. But if it keeps this place a secret, all the better!
We ate at Feed Back the evening of the 31st of December 2016 before heading to a new years eve party. The interior of the restaurant is very nicely designed and the ambience is lovely. The young man who was serving us was doing his outmost best and was well aware of all aspects of fine dining service, even if this is not the price range of this restaurant. The food was delicious and the portions were very big and nicely arranged. At the end we were offered a free glass of champagne by the manager. After we left we couldn't believe the level of service and the quality of food we received for this price.
We ordered food for 4 people and waited for 50 min for the first meal to come! The second and the third arrived one by one and I've waited for mine for exactly 1 hour! I mentioned it and the waiter just tried to smile. I admit the food was very good but I will certainly never come back there because of the service. They didn't even offer an espresso or something like that on the house after having us waited for 50-60 min and delivering our food separately.
Went here with my friend after struggling to find a place in the area. The place didn't look too inviting but my gosh the food was gorgeous! We shared some king rolls for starting and they were delightful. I had the steak cubes and there was a lot but still just the right amount. The staff here as well were incredibly helpful. Obviously would recommend and would love to go back!
