I really want to love this place, and at times I do, but there are moments when I feel like more of an inconvenience. Unfortunately, their posted hours don't seem to mean much, as they often close whenever they want. When I've asked about it, their response has been that they're understaffed. The food was not good. The only thing that was seasoned was the fries that had extra salt on them. The big finale is they have a raging bull of a manager that comes from the back screaming and interrupting other paying customers meals after the whole tabledislikes the food ???????? He demanded to know what was wrong with the food and before we could tell him he started going offabout how he doesn?t care what isn?t right about the food and he is not taking it off the bill before he stormed off . I willnever eat here again based off the food alone.

A fantastic local gathering spot with a surprisingly lovely atmosphere, considering its proximity to a college. They offer a wide variety of beers and a solid menu featuring American cuisine. It's an ideal place to grab a bite before heading to a show at The Fox or the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.

EXCELLENT BBQ Brisket sandwich and fries. The super tender brisket was topped with a nice slightly sweet tangy coleslaw and BBQ sauce. The fries were hot, crispy and salted just right. I also had the mixed greens salad with provel cheese and everythingon it was fresh. Very good service too.

Food is really good seriously. I only give them 4?? cuz you never know when they?ll be open. I called at 8:04 to order a burger fries and the kitchen was closed. Call at 9pm and it?s open. No rhyme or reason. But, if the kitchen is open the food isreally good.
The rudest bartender I?ve ever witnessed at a bar! Let him know too so this is the Mint Julep I got in return! Just for asking for a table near a TV to watch the Kentucky Derby! First time here after a 7 1/2 drive, so didn?t know! Full of ice 3/4 full! Jerk!

A great local food spot. A much nicer atmosphere than I was expecting with it being so close to a college. Great beer selection and good variety of American cuisine. Perfect place to eat before seeing a show at The Fox or St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.
