Visited here on sunday as a group of 14. We rang previous to tell them there would be quite a few of us eating. On arrival we ordered our food which then took over an hour to arrive and we also had to serve ourselves as the bar man was not interested in us! One of our orders did not come out so asked the man behind the bar who told us we had not ordered anything neither paid for it which we had! So basically the pub have stolen our money!! The food was appalling had no taste at all! I've never had garlic bread without garlic! I have never been into a pub where the staff who claimed he was the deputy manager??? Had such a bad attitude will certainly never return!!!!
The venue is beautiful, but the food and service were lacking. We visited for a birthday celebration, but it seemed like the staff had no knowledge of this. Despite us having paid a deposit, they tried to charge us again. This place is more of a noisy pub serving simple food rather than a restaurant. If you are looking for a relaxed meal, this is not the place as we were seated in front of a rowdy group of 20 people who were loud and disruptive. We brought a cake, but it was not brought out to us and no one checked on us during our meal.
I went to Breakfast with Santa. We waited for over an hour and 15 minutes for our food. There seemed to be an issue with the chef. The Santa was the least impressive Santa I have ever seen. His beard didn't cover his face, and my child noticed he was wearing sneakers. After he finished, he walked through the restaurant carrying his outfit. He seemed too young and thin to be a convincing Santa Claus. Very disappointing experience.
I have been to this bottomless brunch three times now and the service has never disappointed, no matter the time of year. The service here is truly exceptional - your glass is always full and the food is plentiful and delicious. This is definitely the best spot for brunch. We arrived at 2:30 and took advantage of the 2 for 1 cocktail special. We didn't feel rushed to leave at all. The service here is absolutely outstanding.

We had our daughters christening here and it was perfect. Janine and staff went above and beyond for us. Nothing is to much trouble for her and is so friendly and welcoming. There was more than enough food for everyone and the staff even brought hot food out to the tables. Would recommend to anyone looking for a venue for a function/party.
The costumer service was absolutely brilliant, very polite, patient and professional. I think their names were Nathan and Bailey. So so polite always willing to help and was very hard working and couldn’t do enough for us. Dealt with every situation effectively and efficiently but still remained to keep a smile on their faces.
What a belter of a night here last night, live band amazing ,free bowl of chips/nibbles for us and all the other tables,free happy shots, and a lot of good old dancing,fun and drinks, what more of a welcome could you ask for, bar staff AMAZING,the welcome AMAZING, we will be back many times x
We had salt and pepper chips and halloumi fries and onion rings. They were all reheated and horrible. The halloumi sticks were like crisps so so terrible.no cutlery was given to us and one of the servers had a dirty t shirt on.Will never come back. I would rather eat from a public toilet .

Went to fifteens tonight and had an amazing time. We were really looked after the manager couldn’t go enough for us. Bar staff were so quick and attentive. Will definitely back, great place to spend a weekend
Always have a great time when we go in there, fab atmosphere and also the staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to make sure all customers are having a good time
