A few days later, I received a notification that the product was being shipped to my local FWGS. I called again, only to be told that there was nothing they could do; they could only reimburse me for the product but would not refund the $14 shipping fee. I guess I’ll just have to pick up my wine and spirits from there.
The staff here is excellent and very capable. They offer a solid selection of products. While the parking could use some improvement, it’s still a nice place to shop for alcohol and wine.

Why is the middle-aged woman at the Milford business so condescending? It's really not needed.
