Fiore's House Of Quality

I've been to this restaurant several times, and this time I brought some friends along to write a proper review of Fiore's. Unfortunately, it seemed like they were having an off day. In the past, they've always impressed me, and I'm confident I would have rated them 5 stars. Though I'm giving them 4 stars this time, it's still a positive review, and I think they were just experiencing a bit of a rough patch. I definitely recommend giving them a try!

We visited this restaurant for the Thursday specials after seeing many positive reviews. The sandwich was tasty, but I wouldn’t say it was worth the trek from Manhattan. The meat had good flavor, but there was so little sauce that the bread turned out quite dry, which was disappointing compared to the images we had seen. Additionally, we found the mozzarella to be unremarkable; it was just a dry, standard type of mozzarella.

We dropped by for the Thursday special and discovered a delightful, old-fashioned sandwich shop with a warm and inviting atmosphere. I enjoyed my meal, although I was hoping the bread would be a bit crispier, even though it was made with baguettes. I also felt the sauce could have been a little more flavorful. Nonetheless, I think it's definitely worth a visit at least once for the fresh ingredients and generous portions.

Yep, this place is legit. I feel like it's been exactly the same store inside for the last 100 years. I ordered the Italian sub and omg was it good. Don't forget to have them add mozzarella and the roasted peppers.The guys working there were super friendly and offered up a sample of the daily special sausage in sauce).Cash only and it's pricey $19 for a whole sub) so bring plenty of cash if you're buying a few things. I’ve been to a lot of Italian Delis in Hoboken, and Fiore’s is one of the best! I went this last Wednesday and had a delicious Sausage and fresh mozzarella sandwich! The quality was so fresh and the person who helped me was very friendly! He even let me have a little taste! Can’t wait to go back and try the Thursday hot roast beef with gravy special!

I can't stop thinking about the sandwiches that I ate from here. They are some of the best pieces of food I have ever experienced. The Italian classic with sweet peppers, the Italian sausage special on Wednesday. But the Thursday roast beef special was life changing. Good people. You can feel the history of the shopFood: 5/5
