I just visited Fire Spice on Fort Meade Rd in Laurel. I experienced what felt like racial discrimination. I was dining with a friend. We both ordered Curry Chicken.When I tasted it, it tasted like chicken Masala, which I don 't care for; it 's too spicy. I 've been a regular customer for over 10 years.I asked the cashier, she stated that they 've renovated, but insisted that management had not changed.I told her that the food was too spicy, she offered to prepare something else for me; I politely declined and asked her to remove my $16.00 dish from.the bill. On Thursday 14, Sept 2023, I stopped at Fire ‘n’ Spice for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent meal I received. I ordered the Shish Kabab, which came with a salad, Chickpeas and Garlic Naan bread. The meal was incredible. Everything was prepared fresh, and the Chickpeas were bursting with flavor, much so that with each bite I took it put a big smile on my face. My casher Aaliya took the time to explain the various dishes to me, where the selection I made was well worth the wait. If you have never been to the Fire ‘n’ Spice restaurant, I would recommend you try it for authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Thank you Aaliya.
Each time I eat here, I am well pleased! The service is great, there are many options, and the food is delicious! The Indian dishes are fabulously flavorful, and the Portuguese (Peri-Peri) sauces on the American dishes are fantastic, too!I highly recommend this restaurant! Extremely tasty food with large portions! Don’t be surprised when you end up needing a takeout box for the food you leave on your plate. Food took only 10-15 minutes to come out for our large group. Despite coming in and hour before closing, the service and food was splendid. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Loved it tasted amazing! The only issue I see is that there was only 1 door you can go in and out of. They should unlock one of the other doors just as a safety precaution. Last month I Ordered goat briyani to-go and it was tasty n good. This month I ordered the same and it got so bad. Not much meat n only bones were in the briyani. I ordered for goat but instead was given lamb. So be careful what you're served before you eat Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Don't know why this place was empty during dinner time because the food was amazing! I got the Lamb Gyro with fries and my mom got the Chicken Kofta Wrap. Both were great and the fries were crispy. Will be returning to try the curries!
