Firebirds Wood Fired Grill St. Charles

The food was great, but the service was just terrible. The host was very nice and sat right away. But our server was just like they didn't care to serve us. She was hardly ever on the table, gave us no information or recommendations about the menu, and it was simply not pleasant overall. I'm sure I'm back there the food was very good. But there could definitely be some improvements with the service

We ordered the onion rings and were pleased with their taste. I had a side BLT salad which was a good portion. Both of us had pasta dishes and were very happy with the taste and size. We both had enough for leftovers. We will come back to try more menu items.

Our server Anna was fantastic. The food was great! It can be pricy because they have some nice fish and steak options. Pasta is less expensive. Appetizers seem a little pricy.

Everything on the menu sounded delicious. Our server Clarence had great recommendations to help us decide. Definitely want to come back and try the other selections.

The shrimp and grits were outstanding. Fish taco were good also as was the club sandwich.
