Firehouse Subs - Réserver une table

I went to this location and I had ordered a large and the employee accidentally rang 2 mediums (I believe. Something along those lines) and she asked if I would just like 2 mediums. I replied the large was enough. Well little did I know at that time they she didn 't know how to void the sale, I think. So she went over to her purse and grabbed the remaining cost to pay it off so her register wasn 't off. I was kind of confused at the time. After I left and thought about it I could only come to 1 of 2 conclusions. I went to Firehouse to take advantage of a free birthday sub. I ended up ordering two; the New York Steamer (delicious!! and the Steak Cheese with mushrooms (yummy . The sandwiches were delicious, the service was wonderful and the three employees were fantastic. Each of the employees (it was slow when I was there, one person in front of me were so outgoing, talking as though we were friends. For me, customer service is such a big part of a food experience and they definitely didn't disappoint. I will definitely be back and would recommend this location!

The Italian sub was tasty, but I only gave it 4 stars because the bread was too soggy from the Italian dressing. I ended up throwing away a lot of the bottom half of the bread. It's probably better for my diet anyway! Next time, I'll make sure to order the Italian dressing on the side.

Fast friendly service with a variety of sauces. Actually, the biggest variety I've ever seen. You can do in performing and it is always fresh and hot made. As you order. Right there on a beautiful street near downtown Des Moines.

I can't give it 5 stars because they still put ingredients on my sandwich that I asked to be left off, and this has happened two times in a row now. Other than that, the sandwiches are great.

I have eaten three times in the Firehouse, and EVERY time was so impressed!!!! I really have no desire to go to the other subshops. I hope that remains consistent. Keep the great work!!!

The worst place ive ever ordered a sandwich from it was under cooked cold and the bread was hard as a brick. Will never order from here again

Always Fire subs at Firehouse subs. So delicious and not overly priced but very filling not left hungry
