I prefer not to leave negative reviews, but my experience at Firehouse Subs was truly disappointing. I arrived around lunchtime and noticed there were only two employees working during what should be a busy period for a sandwich shop. As I stood in line, a woman in front of me was waiting for assistance, but no one came to help her. Two more customers entered and stood behind me. After ten minutes of waiting, the two customers behind me left in frustration. When another five minutes passed without any service, I decided to leave as well. This place is misidentified as Firehouse Subs on Google, but it's actually an amazing taco spot. I love the ordering experience, the enticing aroma of the food, and, most importantly, the incredible flavor. I've been here several times and plan to keep coming back.
A nice quiet sandwich shop. Very spacious seating available. The sandwiches were packaged in recyclable packages, service was polite and courteous. The location was close to the area we were staying at during the day, which made it a convenient stop for lunch.

Hector was amazing! He was very helpful and cheerful, working by himself during the busy lunch rush. I accidentally spilled my drink and he kindly cleaned it up for me, even though I offered to do it myself. Our sandwiches were also delicious!
Love greeting when you walk in the door. They were very busy with great opening, but gave exceptional service before, during, and after your order. This is so excited about the corner of my work... I will come back
First time at this location and it was a good experience. Service was fast and polite. I ordered the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket and it was hot and fresh. Location was very clean and organized.

The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the tuna, but couldn't resist taking a bite of Jennie's amazing meatball.
