Firehouse Subs 766

The girl who made my sandwich called my name, explained my bread had been messed up, apologized and gave me a free coupon to return. I was so impressed! I never would have known there was an issue but she went above and beyond my expectations by far! Then as I was eating my sandwich the cashier came out to collect trays, stopped and asked me how I liked the food and invited me to return! I was extremely pleased, will tell my friends and family and will definitely return! Great job!

Way better than Subway.. I would pick their food over any sub sandwich place. The employees are very nice and polite and know what they are doing...I would suggest this to anyone that likes hot sandwiches.

This location of Firehouse is the BEST! The employees are welcoming, and the food is AMAZING! Every time we go here, the service is better than the last time! Best sandwich around!
