I 've never purchased a sub here but it seems the place is quite popular and probably very good. But it 's now been several instances where I 've picked up uber eats orders and the order is rarely ready. Drivers told to wait a few minutes which turnsout to be 10+ minutes as staff are clearly prioritizing in-person orders. Drivers receive no compensation for waiting, andadditionally the customer will think the long wait is due to the driver thereby increasing likelihood for bad driver ratings.Unprofessional overall.
I recently had the best sub and soup I've had in a long time! I really wish I had discovered this place earlier. The service from all the staff was excellent, and the restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated. Both the sub and the tomato soup were absolutely delicious. I've heard a lot of positive feedback about Firehouse Subs, so I decided to give it a shot. When I asked the server for a recommendation, Katie excitedly suggested the meatball sub, and she was right—it was absolutely delicious! I had an amazing first experience at Firehouse Subs! Since it was my first time there, I wasn't quite sure how the ordering process worked, which meant I needed a bit more time to decide. Quality sandwiches! At $20 for a large sub, it might be considered a bit pricey, but it's substantial enough to serve two.
