I paid extra for breadcrumbs on the mac and cheese, but not only were there none, the portion was barely half full. My sandwich was supposed to be fully dressed, but it only had lettuce. Meanwhile, my husband’s sandwich, which was supposed to have just lettuce, was fully dressed. For $35, I expected much better quality and accuracy.
Unfortunately, the toaster is not working. I never realized how much the toasting affected the flavor of the sub. It was missed. Firehouse Subs has friendly staff, fast service, and a clean, tidy restaurant. Their menu offers absolutely the best sandwiches I’ve ever tasted! They make Subway’s offerings pale in comparison.
I eat here weekly, and sometimes even more frequently. I know it might sound a bit embarrassing, but I really love it! I rate it 5 stars. Réservez une table maintenant
I suggest they rethink their sandwich preparation. I wasn't asked if I wanted mayo, yet it was included on both sandwiches anyway.
The general manager is exceptional and very welcoming. The food is always served accurately, fresh, and is consistently reliable.
Fast, excellent service—I've never had any issues here. I do miss the hot sauce; they used to have an awesome selection.
