I would give a 5 star for everytme i visit except for tonight.. ordered 2 full subs and one kids sub. Sandwiches were terribly dry even asking for extra sauce on the subs the Cajun chicken lacked any cajun flavour even with the chicken and the mayo beingCajun No mayo or any sauce on my kids sub just meat cheese and bread Employee asked if he wanted pickles with our order and saidno problem 3 pickles on there way as we ordered takeout and they never came with order and even marked NO PICKLES on bag Havealways loved firehouse even being the most expensive sub place but would give a 0 star for this evening. Disappointed

Wow, the sandwiches are fantastic! I visited the restaurant for the first time today, but I found it odd that all the tables were dirty, especially since I was the only customer there. They do have nice seating for individuals on one side, but it was blocked off—maybe because it was too dirty to use? Joking aside, there were five staff members behind the counter, and they didn't seem to be busy at all. They handed me my food to go, which actually turned out to be a blessing since I decided not to stay.

I recommend that you train your staff better and ensure that there are employees who can communicate effectively in English. It shouldn't take one person translating for the other four employees. I was also disturbed to see multiple staff members wiping their noses on their sleeves or arms while preparing food. This was extremely off-putting as my meal was being made. A discussion about hygiene practices with your employees is sorely needed. Unfortunately, I won't be returning for a while.

I tried Firehouse for the first time, and as you can see from my rating, it was really good! My only complaint (which is quite minor) is that the add-ons were a bit hard to locate. They were listed on a small black cardboard sign in front of the cash register. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Réservez une table maintenant

Subs are pretty good here and I quickly found out that ordering double meat resulted in a sub with 2 inches of meat! (Still finished it though. ?Keep in mind its pretty expensive like everything else though but I would still recommend although I would stick with regular meat.

I always enjoy visiting this restaurant! The service is consistently excellent, and the portions are very generous. Every sub I've tried is loaded with plenty of meat and toppings. My personal favorite is the Italian sub. Definitely give it a try!

This place has a special significance to me; it's the first location I ever visited to enjoy those delicious, mouthwatering subs. It's always clean, the staff is consistently friendly, and the food is fresh and delightful.

Ordered on door dash and the bread was covered in water??? Soaking wet and completely fell apart. Didn?t even get a refund. What a terrible restaurant. Réservez une table maintenant
