This was my first time here as I don't come to Mayfield often. I got their Philly Cheese Steak, chicken and dumplings soup and chips. The pickle was the best item. It was crunchy, not heavily brined and cold. The meat was chewy and saturated the bread. It was too soggy to eat. I had to peel off the bottom part. The soup was seasoned well, but they gave me mostly broth. There was only a literal spoonful of dumplings, chicken and veggies. Disappointed in the food but the service and atmosphere were wonderful.
Firehats is an incredible restaurant! I've dined here multiple times, and each experience has been exceptional. They truly excel at creating a fine dining atmosphere. The dining area is well-lit, the restrooms are spotless, and the spices are always readily available. The staff is attentive and courteous. I highly recommend dining at this beautiful establishment.
I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered takeout for lunch, and the prices were very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars. I highly recommend trying the Hook Ladder and the chips!
The manager not only offered subpar customer service but also appeared to be unfamiliar with the menu options. I'm quite disappointed this evening and still feeling hungry. Service: Takeout Service Rating: 1
