Food was mediocre. Price was fair. Staff acted preoccupied. I had to break into their conversation to make my order. The worst part was paying, I was expected to include a tip. Now I'm not against tipping. I do regularly tip at restaurants that wait on the tables. Firehouse does not. So just what exactly am I supposed to tip for? This is the first fast food restaurant i have ever been to that expected a tip. All things considered I won't be back.
The food, service, timeliness, friendliness and cleanliness are all at the top of the game this Firehouse! I have a pleasant experience every visit! Very well managed and staffed! It?s that Philly Cheesesteak for me though?
That's the best sub I've had in a long time. Great customer service and waiting time is next to no one. Also very clean restaurant. There is no doubt that next time I will go to Somerset.
Incredible! Absolutely the best! I really want to try some of the other subs and salads, but I always end up getting the Hook and Ladder. My son always goes for the Club sub. Réservez une table maintenant
